Shipping Time

The normal order processing time is 24 hours during business days (Monday through Friday). Once your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 4-7 business days, and 6-10 business days internationally.

Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited-edition launches and restocks, the shipping and delivery time may vary.

• Priority – (USPS Priority Mail) 3-5 Business Days

INTERNATIONAL

• shipping times will vary. typical transit time expected can be 7-10 business days after processing.

CANADA & Mexico

• Standard – (USPS First Class International) cost calculated by weight, Free for orders above $100 USD

other countries

• Standard - (USPS First Class International) cost calculated by weight, free for orders over $125 USD for all other international countries that we ship to

PenGems is not responsible for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes and delays, or extra fees and back-end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Packages undeliverable by FedEx, USPS, DHL, and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our fulfillment center.
