How do we look?

We've made a few changes around here. As business has grown, this website needed to make a few changes to keep up. And I had to do it soon, before the holiday shopping season. We already switched over to the new website, which looks a lot like the old PenGems.com. I didn't want to shock anyone!

But along with the subtle changes came a major improvement I think you'll love. You can create your own customer account. No more lost shopping carts. You know when you browse at work, but then when you get home, that shopping cart is lost? Not anymore. Just log back in and you'll see it again. 

You'll be able to see your previous orders. And your account will keep your shipping information for faster checkout. You can add multiple addresses to your profile, which is great for sending sparkling gifts. 

Of course, you don't have to create an account at all. You can checkout as a guest, and you're always welcome to come and visit whenever you like.

There are a few other changes that you may notice as you poke around the new PenGems.com.
