Gift cards come in several denominations from $5 to $100. There aren't any additional fees associated with them. What happens when you purchase one? You'll get an email with a link to the view the gift card. If you purchased it for someone else, you can forward them the link. That way, it comes from you. Feel free to edit the email anyway you like. When someone clicks the URL, they'll be directed to a page that simply shows the gift card with a code.
