For the Autograph membership program, enrollment will be open for the first 7 days of every month. This means that if you are interested in joining the program, you will have the opportunity to do so at the beginning of each month.
To enroll, simply navigate to the Autograph membership enrollment page. From there, you can choose your desired membership level and follow the prompts to complete the enrollment process. If enrollment is closed, you can sign up for a reminder for the next open enrollment period.
If you're a current member of the old VIP program, don't worry - you don't have to join the new Autograph membership program if you don't want to. Your VIP level will still be active until the end of 2023 and you'll continue to get the same perks that come with it.
Just a heads up - purchases you make now won't count toward your VIP status in future years. That's because we're retiring the VIP program at the end of 2023.
But if you are interested in joining the Autograph membership program, we've got good news for you! Open enrollment is between the 1st and 7th of every month. For the first few months, we guarantee there are enough spaces to hold any VIP or VIP Black members that want to switch. After that, there will be a limited number of spots available, so if you want to join, it's a good idea to do it sooner rather than later to make sure you get a spot.
As a Black Diamond level member of the Autograph membership program, you will receive complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States. This means that you will not have to pay for shipping on any orders placed through the PenGems website, as long as you are shipping within the US.
For international customers, standard shipping will be discounted.

Of course! So, the Autograph membership is a special club for people who really love PenGems. There are two levels you can join: Pink Sapphire and Black Diamond.
When you join, you'll get lots of special things just for members. For example, if you join the month-to-month Black Diamond plan for $50, you'll get 5500 special coins called Gems. These Gems are worth $55 and you can use them to buy PenGems stuff. If you join the annual plan for $500, you'll get 66000 Gems, which is worth $660.
With either membership, you can go into a special room on the website just for members where you can see new things before anyone else and get special discounts. And, you'll get special pens that only members can get.
And, if you're a Black Diamond member, you'll get free shipping on all your orders to the United States. You'll also get a special gift every year you're a member. There's a private Facebook group too, where you can talk to other people who love PenGems. And, you'll get special pens that only Black Diamond members can get.
All the special stuff starts as soon as you join, but the special gift for this year will be mailed out in late March or early April. If you have any more questions, just ask!
As a Black Diamond level member of the Autograph membership program, you'll receive an annual gift as a special thank-you for your support. If you have an annual membership plan, we'll send your gift when you sign up, and for the following years, on your anniversary of joining the program. If you have a month-to-month membership, you'll receive your gift after completing 12 cumulative months of membership.
For the first year of the Autograph membership program, we'll send the first round of gifts in late March/early April.

To access the Black Diamond Facebook group, you will need to have a membership in the Autograph membership program at the Black Diamond level. Once your membership has been processed, you will receive an email with a link to the group.
To join the group, you will be asked to enter the email address associated with your store account and the name on the account. Our admins will review this information and grant you access to the group once everything checks out.

Gems cannot be redeemed for gift cards.
No, Gems cannot be used to purchase a membership plan.
If you have a store account and have been earning Gems through purchases, you are already considered a member.
As a member, you will continue to earn Gems as you have before and will have the opportunity to redeem them for discounts on future purchases.
This membership level was referred to as "Blue" or simply "Member" level. We're calling this level Aquamarine. It is not a paid membership. Everyone that creates a store account becomes a member and earns Gems on their purchases.
As a VIP Black member with status through 2023, your benefits will continue until December 31st, 2023.
You will still have access to the VIP Room for early shopping of new releases.In addition, you will also still be able to shop the Black Diamond exclusives in the VIP Room, until the end of 2023.
As a member of the Autograph membership program, you have the flexibility to cancel your membership at any time through the membership dashboard. To avoid being charged at renewal, please cancel your membership before your renewal date.
Any perks or benefits associated with your membership will expire at the end of the current paid cycle.
Gems do not expire and can still be used for any future purchases or services offered by PenGems.
